We’re bringing back Frequencies on the Full Moon: All-Men Session — a space intentionally created for men to rest, reset, and reconnect in community.

This month, we’re moving in the energy of Nipsey Hussle — discipline, legacy, ownership, and elevation. The Marathon Continues is more than a phrase, it’s a mindset. A reminder to stay committed to growth, to healing, and to becoming your highest self.

With the summer season in full effect, we’re curating a more relaxed, outdoor experience blending wellness, movement, music, and connection. Think good food, good energy, and intentional space to just be.

• 🏀 Space to connect, move, and play (we will be on the farm with plenty of space for activities.

Urban Farm will also be providing a plant (herb or produce) to each man that attends along with some other things we have in store!

This is a space where men can disconnect from the pressures of daily life, tap into community, and experience care in a way that feels natural, welcoming, and aligned.

Whether you come to relax, move your body, connect with other men, or simply sit and breathe, there is space for you here..
